The philosophy
I've built businesses that worked. I've built businesses that didn't. I've sold businesses. I've shut businesses down. I've hired people. I've fired people. I've chased markets that weren't there. I've stayed too long in things that should have been killed.
That's the point. The useful knowledge isn't just what worked. It's knowing why something worked, why something failed, what you missed and what you would do differently next time.
